A clear necessity

There is a very clear need in the service industry, particularly in the food service industry, to provide clean, healthy and reliable service. In this area, the particular niche for clean and fresh glasses in professional bars, restaurants, etc. has always been a concern for the owners of these businesses. The cost of the staffing required to maintain the necessary standard of hygienic dishes and glasses can skyrocket, as a business obtains more customers and has very busy time periods during the day. With the stress of time and limited glassware available, the human error involved can trigger rising breakage costs or, even worse, unsanitary customer service. This is where Frecciainox’s Glass Washers come in.

Function

With their relatively small size and approximate 50 kilogram weight, Frecciainox’s Glass Washers are highly mobile and can fit sleekly under counters and away from the eye—although they are still visually impressive. The machine’s low level of noise when active, which is below 50 decibels, will also create a negligible backdrop to any busy bar. Frecciainox’s Glass Washers are made of stainless steel and its surfaces are therefore bacteria-, rust- and chip-resistant.

Model Features

There are two models of Frecciainox’s Glass Washers. They both share a tank capacity of up to 14 liters, they both have an incredible two-minute wash cycle for their washing capacity of 30 baskets (750 cups), they both have double-filter washing that offers increased protection of the wash pump, and they both have nozzle jets that reach all corners of the washer’s drum due to their positions. Additionally, they both have multiple monitoring and settings devices with digital output on the front of the washer. The difference between the two models is the drainage system: One has conventional drain fall and the other has an upmarket hydraulic pump that vastly increases performance. The price, therefore, and the efficiency of the two models is the main discrepancy.
